I Spy by Walter Wick7/8/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() Sometimes the best photographs are the spontaneous ones with no planning at all, or sometimes they're the ones that require hours upon hours of trial and error. These photographs range from being taken in a split second to taking hours to obtain - but that is the beauty behind it all. I look to capture the beauty and mystery of the world, but I also look to create it, which has allowed for such a wide range of subject matter. This collection of photographs sums up my work and the quality of pictures I aim to take whenever a camera is in my hands. Photography has allowed me to express my creativity and show everyone how I view the world. In her own words, “Everyone views the world through a different lens, but only some get to share how they see it. Rachel Gradinetti is a Senior in Honors Photography IV, she will have a collection of artworks in the show. With the guidance of their teacher Mara Siegel, 17 local High School students will show a glimpse of their world through their camera lens. For the month of May, The Gallery at the Glen Rock Public Library welcomes the artwork of Glen Rock High School photography students, featuring Rachel Grandinetti. ![]()
